To maintain the integrity of a cashless system it is essential that transparent reporting takes place. Transparent RFID cashless event systems measure every single cash or EFTPOS transaction entered into the system and every single sale deducted from the system. Reports should provide detailed breakdowns of product sales by time and location as a minimum.

The promoter of an event maintains control by either handling the revenue themselves or by employing a Trusted Third party (TTP).

The RFID provider should only REPORT on what has been spent and where. Then a promoter is assured of complete transparency.

The report needs to show how much money is left in the system. This should tally with the EXTRA REVENUE you are holding.
